Apple hat die Liste von abgekündigten- und Vintage-Produkten aktualisiert. Diese Liste informiert die Kunden, für welche Produkte es keinen Service mehr gibt.
Besitzer von Apple-Produkten (hierunter fallen sowohl die iOS als auch die Mac-Produkte) erhalten nach der Einstellung eines Produktes noch fünf weitere Jahre (oder länger, wenn gesetzlich anders geregelt) Serviceleistungen und Ersatzteile von Apple beziehungsweise Apple Service Providern. Jetzt gibt es die neue Liste zu abgekündigte und Vintage-Produkte. Vintage-Produkte sind Produkte, die seit über fünf, aber höchstens sieben Jahren nicht mehr hergestellt werden.
